My psychoanalytic triptych paintings attempt to visually represent the transition into an obsession with understanding the self in various states, therefore it is chaotic and blurred.

The double portrait of the same figure shows the apparent lack of free will, with negative space around figures and geometric shapes that both connect, rise and sink. It depicts the frustrations of disconnection, and the metamorphosis of the subconscious. It also takes on the view of immense social pressures and anxieties. Influential artists include Francis Bacon and Egon Schiele.
