Customers will be then prompted to sign up, using an existing email address.

The UDIO Parent Portal is extremely user friendly and currently allows parents to:

  • Enrol online
  • Add children to an account
  • View attendance and advise non-attendance
  • Book make-up lessons
  • Add or change lesson days & times
  • View invoices
  • View child’s achievements
  • Submit their direct debit authority

Payment of Fees

From 1st July 2020 Direct Debit is our only method of payment. By completing the Direct Debit Authorisation via the Customer Portal (, parents/guardians acknowledge that lesson fees, or other charges, will be automatically debited from their nominated account on the first of each month.  Customers have the choice to nominate  Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) or bank account details.
