An Olympic level psychologist and former elite triathlete, Gayelene will focus on how students can turn Ordinary performance into Extraordinary performance. Gayelene's focus is not only in the sports arena but also about achievement in many areas of life: mental health, wellbeing, academia, the arts, service and more.
Gayelene will explain why it is critically important to help students manage their use of ICT and engage in other pursuits to build self-awareness and self regulating behaviours.
Her book "Wired to Play" has been featured on ABC's Lateline, Four Corners, Compass and ABC Radio and encapsulates decades of experience of mental health and other challenges.
